Dr. Gillespie joined the faculty in 2007 after completing her fellowship training at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine. She is a team physician for the UCLA Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and has a sports medicine practice at UCLA Santa Monica which includes patients of all ages with sports related injuries and medical issues. Additionally, she runs a pediatric sports medicine specialty clinic at Orthopaedic Hospital, in downtown LA, specializing in sports related injuries in children and adolescents. Dr. Gillespie is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and the American College of Sports Medicine.
